Super Duplex Steel Valves are primarily made from a well-balanced mix of austenitic and ferritic stainless steel, typically containing 22–25% chromium, 4–6% nickel, and 3–5% molybdenum, along with small amounts of nitrogen. This unique composition provides outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion, even in environments rich in chlorides.
