Inconel 625 Nuts are primarily made up of nickel (at least 58%), chromium (20–23%), molybdenum (8–10%), niobium (3.15–4.15%), and iron. This unique blend gives them remarkable resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorides. On the mechanical side, they boast a tensile strength of about 827 MPa, a yield strength of roughly 414 MPa, and an elongation of 30–35%.
