Inconel 925 bars are nickel-iron-chromium age-hardened alloys with molybdenum, copper, and titanium additions offering high tensile strength and sulfide stress cracking resistance in sour gas environments. Inconel 926 bars, with an increased chromium and molybdenum content, provide better resistance to crevice corrosion, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking, especially under acidic and chloride-rich media. Both alloys have good mechanical properties at high temperatures and ensure good weldability and formability, favorable for severe industrial applications.
