Hakan Nickel Alloys, a well-respected manufacturer and supplier located in Istanbul, Turkey, specializes in providing top-notch Inconel 718 Tubing designed for the toughest industrial applications. Renowned for its exceptional resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and extreme temperatures, Inconel 718 Tubing is a fantastic option for critical industries where durability and performance are non-negotiable. With impressive fatigue strength and thermal stability, this tubing finds its way into aerospace, marine, petrochemical, and power generation sectors. Hakan Nickel Alloys is committed to precision manufacturing and compliance with global standards, ensuring that their tubing delivers reliability and long-lasting performance even in the most challenging conditions.
Inconel 718 Tubing is primarily made up of nickel (50–55%), chromium (17–21%), and iron, along with trace amounts of niobium, molybdenum, titanium, and aluminum. This unique blend grants it excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, oxidation, and creep at high temperatures. On the mechanical side, Inconel 718 boasts a tensile strength that exceeds 1200 MPa, a yield strength around 1000 MPa, and outstanding fatigue resistance. It remains stable and tough across a broad temperature range, from cryogenic conditions all the way up to 700°C. Its precipitation-hardening characteristics, along with its weldability and machinability, make Inconel 718 Tubing ideal for complex and high-stress applications.
