Hakan Nickel Alloys, located in Istanbul, Turkey, is a reputable manufacturer and global supplier of high-performance nickel alloy materials, including Inconel 617 Wire. This wire is specifically designed to withstand extreme heat and corrosive environments, providing exceptional mechanical strength and metallurgical stability. Hakan Nickel Alloys produces Inconel 617 Wire in a range of diameters and tempers, all while adhering to rigorous international standards to cater to the needs of demanding industries. With cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities, consistent quality control, and dependable worldwide distribution, the company supports critical sectors such as aerospace, power generation, chemical processing, and thermal engineering with durable, high-quality wire solutions.
Inconel 617 Wire is made up of nickel (44.5–62%), chromium (20–24%), cobalt (10–15%), and molybdenum (8–10%), along with trace amounts of aluminum, iron, and carbon. This alloy boasts excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization at temperatures reaching up to 1100°C. In terms of mechanical properties, the wire has a tensile strength of about 750 MPa, a yield strength of around 350 MPa, and an elongation of nearly 35%. Its impressive creep-rupture strength and metallurgical stability make it perfect for continuous operation in harsh environments. The inclusion of cobalt and molybdenum enhances solid solution strengthening, ensuring long-lasting mechanical integrity even under high thermal stress.
