Inconel 617 Tubing features a meticulously balanced composition: nickel (44.5–62%), chromium (20–24%), cobalt (10–15%), molybdenum (8–10%), along with trace elements like aluminum, iron, and carbon. This specific alloy mix guarantees excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and other forms of high-temperature degradation. On the mechanical side, it boasts a tensile strength of about 750 MPa, a yield strength close to 350 MPa, and an elongation of around 35%. Inconel 617 Tubing maintains its strength and stability even at temperatures exceeding 1000°C. Additionally, the alloy shows good creep resistance and metallurgical stability during prolonged thermal exposure, making it an ideal choice for continuous operation in harsh environments.
