Hakan Nickel Alloys, based in Istanbul, Turkey, stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier of corrosion-resistant alloy components, including Incoloy 825 Valves. These valves are designed to perform reliably in harsh, corrosive, and high-temperature settings, making them perfect for tough industrial applications. Hakan Nickel Alloys ensures that their Incoloy 825 Valves meet international standards, delivering precise performance, a long lifespan, and compatibility with challenging media. The company caters to various global industries, such as chemical processing, oil and gas, marine, and pollution control, providing robust valve solutions backed by technical know-how, consistent quality, and reliable customer support.
Incoloy 825 Valves are primarily made up of nickel (38–46%), iron (up to 39%), chromium (19.5–23.5%), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), and copper (1.5–3.0%), with titanium and aluminum added for stability. This unique alloy composition offers outstanding resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, as well as protection against chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking and general oxidation. On the mechanical side, these valves boast a tensile strength of about 585 MPa, a yield strength of around 240 MPa, and exhibit good ductility and impact resistance. Incoloy 825 maintains its mechanical integrity even under thermal stress and in both oxidizing and reducing environments.
