Incoloy 825 Tubing is made up of nickel (38–46%), iron (up to 39%), chromium (19.5–23.5%), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), and copper (1.5–3.0%), with titanium and aluminum serving as stabilizers. This unique composition gives it outstanding resistance to both oxidizing and reducing acids, as well as to chloride-induced corrosion, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking. On the mechanical side, the tubing boasts a tensile strength of around 585 MPa, a yield strength of about 240 MPa, and impressive elongation and toughness. It holds its structural integrity across a broad temperature range and can withstand prolonged exposure to corrosive fluids.
