Incoloy 825 Pipe Fittings are made up of nickel (38–46%), iron (up to 39%), chromium (19.5–23.5%), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), copper (1.5–3.0%), along with trace amounts of titanium and aluminum. This well-balanced alloy boasts remarkable resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids, as well as stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion. On the mechanical side, these fittings deliver a tensile strength of about 585 MPa, a yield strength of around 240 MPa, and exhibit good elongation and toughness across a broad temperature range. They maintain their structural integrity even under high stress and thermal cycling in corrosive settings.
