Incoloy 825 Bolts are made up of nickel (38–46%), iron (up to 39%), chromium (19.5–23.5%), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), copper (1.5–3.0%), along with small amounts of titanium and aluminum for stabilization. This alloy boasts excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular attack, and stress corrosion cracking in both oxidizing and reducing environments. On the mechanical side, these bolts deliver a tensile strength of about 585 MPa, a yield strength close to 240 MPa, and outstanding ductility and toughness.
